Jackson is an eleven-year-old boy who has faced major medical challenges since birth and spent years searching for a diagnosis. In 2023\, doctors determined he needed a life-saving intestinal transplant. After multiple complications and life-support interventions\, Jackson was officially listed for transplant and now waits for the green light to undergo surgery.
