DESCRIPTION:<p>Chris Ruiz was at 19yr old taken too soon.&nbsp\; We are doing this race to bring awareness to water safety (May is Water Safety Awareness Month).&nbsp\; We do what we can to continue making life jackets available to the public.&nbsp\; We are working on changing the boating laws when it comes to wearing life jackets. With this money raised we are going to make our local pool area safer\, contributing to a high school welder at Robstown ISD and Agua Dulce ISD\, and help provide equipment to welders in high school programs.&nbsp\;</p>
