This FREE 5K run/walk is to memorialize America's Prisoners of War as well as those who are still Missing in Action. The race will be held at the Heritage Park on Randolph AFB. Check in/Patch Pickup/pre-brief will be at 0730 and the race will begin at 0800. All ages welcome. Strollers and pets are also allowed. Please bring your whole family out to enjoy the run, and to remember our POW/MIA's. Along the trail will be posters and information educating the runners about past POWs in order to tell their stories so they may never be forgotten. The first 100 runners will receive velcro POW/MIA patch to commemorate the event. Food trucks will also be available for after race refreshments.
