12:30 PM - Bus Parking / Packet Pickup / Course Inspection
02:00 PM - Varsity Boys
02:30 PM - JV Boys
03:00 PM - Varsity Girls
03:30 PM - JV Girls
04:00 PM - 8th Grade Boys
04:30 PM - 8th Grade Girls
05:00 PM - 7th Grade Boys
05:30 PM - 7th Grade Girls
Entry Fees
10 Athletes per team Varsity Division - Unlimited JV or MS Athletes per team
1 Scored Team Per Division Only – Top 7 school finishers scored as the team.
CHIP TIMING WILL BE USED (Athlete Guild)
$10 per athlete registered on entry website (School entry fees are based on website entries and not who actually runs the day of the meet since chip timing bibs will be used)
$400 Max Each High School (50 runners max per school, $10 each over 50)
$300 Max Each Middle School (40 runners max per school, $10 each over 40)

Award Categories
Medals to the top 20 runners in each division.
Championship Plaques in each division.
Course
The course will be mostly trail with some asphalt/concrete surfaces to cross over. Terrain and elevation changes are throughout the course. It is recommended your athletes inspect/jog the course from 12:30-1:30pm. An official course map will be sent to schools attending in September.
