The proceeds from this 5th annual Faith Run 5K will be used to support our very special fast growing "Wednesday Connect Ministry". Each week, we send a bus to pick up children and youth for after-school activities, snacks, fun time, homework tutoring,children’s choir & chimes and dinner. In addition, we offer dinner for the families who arrive later, Bible studies and youth activities. We offer parenting classes, single-parent classes, yoga, Divorce care, Grief Share and (coming soon!) an Alzheimer’s group. There is a study for the 20s-30s group and two worship opportunities (family chapel and a meditative communion service). Wednesday Connect! has doubled in numbers since it began in September of 2012, and it continues to provide a space for hope and healing, a wonderful meal and a place to nurture your body and soul |

We are a welcoming congregation, made up of children, youth, and adults responding to the presence of God's love by reaching out in service to God and one another. We encourage and supoprt each individual's spiritual and intellectual journey toward Christ though Sunday services, religious education, and fellowship. |

| Entry Fees: |
5K Run/Walk For families registering 3 to 6 runners, the total entry fee will be a maximum of $50.00 through 4/30/14. $55.00 from 5/1/14 - 5/23/14; and $60.00 on race day (5/24/14). Kid's 1K Run/Walk Only pre-registered adult partcipants are guaranteed a "Faith Run 5K" technical t-shirt. Participants in the Kid's 1K will receive cotton T-Shirts. |
| Awards: |
Awards will be presented to the overall male and female winners, male and female masters winners and the top 3 male and femal finishers in each age group. A special award will be given to the oldest male and female runner (age 62+) who finish but do not place in their age group. The awards presentation will be at 9:30am. Age groups are 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over for 5K. Kid's 1K will have a top 3 Kid's metal and finisher ribbons for all kid participants. |
