Great race!! I always love running in Gruene (Turkey Trot, Jingle Bells, etc.). Donna, my Garmin would show the mile mark about 2/10 before the road marker. My Garmin watched reflected only a 1 second difference than my chip time.
Yes, so I am going with my garmin time. I don't think my chip time was working. My chip time was the same as the gun time, which doesn't make sense. My garmin time was a minute and some change better than the matching gun/chip times. Garmin distance was spot on for the 10K. Thanks for your input..:)
Great run and post party! My chip time and gun time were the same. Garmin was different. I didn't start out at the front of the pack so I am thinking there was a glitch with my chip....darn!

Donna, if you can give me your garmin time, I'll update the results. You were one of about 5 people at the starting line that we missed a chip read on start. I had to assign gun time for your start but we did catch the finish.
Thanks Scott. I appreciate that but I am reading again my garmin and it reads 6.3 miles with a time of 56:05. So I was off on what I thought it read. I better take the gun time and quit my whining! It was a great run and the post festivities were wonderful. Thanks again!!
