RACE TIMES:
Varsity Girls – 9:30am, Varsity Boys – 10:00am, JV Girls – 10:30am, JV Boys 11:00am.
7th & 8th grade girls – 4:00pm, 7th & 8th grade boys – 4:30pm.
At the conclusion of the last race we will double check results and we will hold a small awards ceremony to hand out medals and plaques.
WHERE:
Hondo Municipal Golf Course located at 702 Disoway; Hondo, TX 78861
CHECK-IN:
Will be located inside or near the golf course club house. Course maps and other information will be provided to you when you pick up race packets. Please note that the club house will only be open to coaches and trainers. Athletes are asked to stay outside.
DISTANCE:
2 miles for Varsity girls, JV girls, junior high runners; 5K/3.1 miles for varsity boys & JV boys. We will try to make the course as close to the correct distance as possible.
AWARDS:
Medals will be awarded to the top 15 finishers in each division including junior high. Team championship plaques and runner-up plaques will be handed out in the varsity divisions. All other divisions will be awarded team championship plaques only.
REGISTRATION:
Please visit www.athleteguild.com to register your athletes. Please make sure that you are listing them under the correct category. Changes can be made on race day but may cause a delay in getting races started on time.

* Portable men’s’ & women’s restrooms will be set up for athletes to use. There are no changing facilities on site so please plan accordingly. Water will be provided to your runners at the finish of each race. There will be a small concession stand set up on race day.
