The IBM Uptown Classic 10K will celebrate its 14th anniversary October 6, 2013. The race begins at the IBM Austin campus and meanders through the Domain shopping center. The Uptown Classic is considered to be one of the fastest race courses in Austin. The race will be the kickodd event fo the Austin Fit Magazine's Distance Challenge race series leading up the Austin Marathon and Half Marathon event on February 16, 2014. The Austin Parks Foundation will be the beneficiary this year.
