About This Event

This women’s only event starts at 8:30 AM on Saturday, June 6 on the property of Heron’s Nest Herb Farm, following River Bend Rd and CR 407 for a scenic out and back.   There will be 3 fully stocked water stops manned by handsome male servants wearing Hawaiian shirts. 5 water stops for the 10K and 3 for the 5K. Runners receive, tech shirt guaranteed by signing up before 5-26-09, great course with male servants at water stops, post race champagne brunch. After the race the ladies enjoy breakfast with champagne or mimosas, great music, free massages, shopping for lavender products, and cutting your own lavender from the field. This is also the first weekend of the Blanco Lavender Festival in which all other local farms participate.
